Jesica Bloomfield

Real Estate Professional

I’ve been lucky enough to call Kelowna my home for the past 13 years, and it is truly one of the most beautiful and diverse cities to live in. My interest in real estate started while growing up in Calgary, AB. I remember being relatively young and often going to open houses with my parents on the weekends in the newer developing neighbourhoods. The different styles of homes, the decor, and the variety of uses of spaces and rooms were always very intriguing to me. Ever since then, I’ve been very interested in anything to do with interior design and real estate.

Over the years since moving to Kelowna, I found a passion for Holistic Nutrition and decided to pursue a career helping clients along their health journeys. And as much as I love the health and wellness industry, real estate was always in my mind. After purchasing our first home in 2016 and starting a family in the last few years, l was finally at the right time to chase that dream! So here we are. My passion for helping people hasn’t changed, but it’s just now in a different career, and I cannot wait to help you along your buying or selling journey within this beautiful city!

On my days off, you can bet I’ll be with my two little boys, enjoying the beach, hitting a few of my favourite wineries, or catching up with family and friends.

Jason Halliday, B.A

Associate Broker, Real Estate Professional

Jason’s journey in real estate began earlier than most—at just 10 years old—without even realizing it. Growing up in Ontario, his father was a successful real estate broker, and Jason was soon helping out by delivering flyers and marketing materials door to door. These early experiences planted the seeds of what would become a lifelong passion for helping others achieve their real estate goals.

In 1992, Jason made the move west and found his home in Kelowna, B.C. Drawn by the region’s natural beauty and abundance of outdoor activities, it quickly became the perfect place to put down roots, get married, and raise a family.

Jason went on to earn his Bachelor's degree from the University of British Columbia and later became a Registered Construction Safety Officer (RCSO) through BCIT. He built a successful career in environmental health and safety, operating his own consulting firm focused primarily on Canada’s oil and gas sector, working across Alberta, B.C., and Ontario.

Eventually, Jason felt the pull back to his original passion: real estate. Wanting a career more aligned with family life and his personal interests, he transitioned back into the industry and hasn’t looked back. Today, Jason is a successful Realtor® and Associate Broker based in Kelowna, where he lives with his wife Karen, their two teenage children, and a pair of SPCA-adopted cat brothers.

Whether he's helping clients navigate the real estate market or exploring Kelowna’s many outdoor adventures, Jason brings authenticity, experience, and a true love for connecting with people to everything he does.

Looking to buy or sell in the Okanagan Valley? Jason’s in-depth knowledge of the local market and his commitment to exceptional service make him the ideal partner in your real estate journey. Reach out today and let’s make your dream home a reality!
